Noodles & Side Dishes - Chicken Jjajangmyeon Noodles

Thick Korean noodles in a rich black bean sauce with chicken and vegetables. Warm, savory and slightly sweet — not spicy.

Frozen product — keep it in the freezer and cook it straight from frozen; do not thaw.

How to cook:

Put a little oil in the pan.

Sauté the vegetables, along with the chicken or beef if the dish has them.

Add 125 g of water together with the starch sachet — the starch is what gives this sauce its body, so do not leave it out.

Add the seasoning and the sauce.

Add the noodles and toss until the colour turns brown.
